Building on long-term loyalty and trusting relationships with our customers and our employees

Our Mission Statement

“To earn and build long term loyalty and trusting relationships with our customers and our employees.”

What sets us Apart

Our Service Technicians don’t start & stop with the typical “respond, repair, replace, invoice“ mentality;  they literally seek to identify the actual “cause” of the problem that initiated the service call to begin with; they are “troubleshooters”.

Our Sales Team has an “observe and report” process not “sell-sell-sell”.  We view selling as an honorable profession that is a directly related to an educational process.  We recognize that dairy farmers cannot have all the answers to their numerous questions when they are not always sure what questions to be asking!! Our sales team’s primary purpose is to help in this process.

Our Route Truck Sales Specialists deliver the essential sanitation products   and numerous other consumables, liner changes, and more on a scheduled basis.    We are the “farm store at your door and at your service”.

Equipment Installation: Updates, remodels, renew and refresh existing facilities or building a new facility; no project is too big or too small.  Due to having resources in multiple locations we have the manpower to get the job done on time and on budget.

About Us

Our History

Since the inception of Excel Dairy Service Inc. in 1994 with one guy (Clyde Fox) , one truck, and one location the company has passionately and reliably sought to provide dairy farmers with services and products related to activities and needs within the “milking center” as well as other operations on the dairy.

Over the last 28 years, Excel has responsibly grown the business to two other locations; Eastern WA and Oregon. Currently, with 45 employees and a consistent track record of profitable growth, and a tenacious presence in the market, the second generation is firmly in position (Devin and Denver Fox) with the same commitment to serve others and prosper.

When allowed to spend time on dairies the Excel Team has observed and reported back to the dairy owner(s) numerous suggestions tied to improved efficiencies related to saving labor, cow and calf comfort, cow and calf care, ventilation, lighting, curtains, stanchions and headlocks, route sales and sanitation products deliveries, scheduled and preventive maintenance and innovation solutions to deliver a positive ROI (return on investment).
